Frequently Asked Questions
What are the Worship services like at EVCC?
You can expect contemporary worship, a relevant message from God's Word, and a family-friendly atmosphere. Our focus when we come together is to experience the presence of God, so it's never the same from week to week.
Each month we also have a fellowship dinner after church, and everyone is welcome to attend.
Is there a dress code at EVCC?
Come as you are! Our pastor is an Aussie, so we're informal and very relaxed. You aren't just coming to church, you're coming to be with family.
What is available for my children on Sunday mornings at EVCC?
After worship our children go with Ms Linda for a time of learning about the Bible geared to their age-level. On Wednesday nights, we have a larger program for children at English Village Park Community Center called Transformation Station. Children will, enjoy music, games, prizes and a lesson from the Bible.
How can I become a member of EVCC?
You may get a form from the pastor or one of the church leadership team. We have a church membership list, but we are more interested in having a relationship with you than having your name on a piece of paper.
It is my very first time at EVCC. Where should I start?
Just come as you are! You'll find a group of people who will treat you like family. If you aren't comfortable just showing up, drop by Walkabout Coffee Shop and ask for Pastor Jeff or Pastor Faye. They will be happy to talk to you, pray with you, or just give you a big Australian "G'day, mate!"
